WOW Gold Secrets Ebook Review

This is the third World of Warcraft gold guide I’ve used, but the first I’ve reviewed, it’s definitely in my top 3 of gold guide ebooks, LOL just kidding

I’ve been using gold farming tips and tricks found within the covers of the World Of Warcraft Gold Secrets guide for over 4 month now and I’m making plenty of gold, I’ve never ever considered resorting to buying WOW gold, I actually consider people who buy WOW gold bad for the game because it promotes the gold for sale trade SPAM! Cheapest WOW gold, is gold you earned yourself while PLAYING the great game of World of Warcraft.

It’s hard to recommend one of the gold guides over the other 2 I’ve tried (will list the other 2 WOW gold guides I’ve used at the bottom) since content wise they all give great WOW gold making tips that will make the user a lot of WOW gold for free.

I’m pretty much using all three of the gold guides on a daily basis to farm gold, but your probably only looking to buy one guide and this is a very good one so you won’t be disappointed (good price as well).

I can confirm all of the above is true, I guess we’ll see about updates for Wrath of the Lich King when released, but with 3 years of updates in the bag I have no reason to doubt his sincerity.

What I particularly like about Luke’s Gold Guide is he updates it on a regular basis, I’m writing this review of his WOW ebook not long after the release of the Sunwell patch (patch 2.4) and he’s already updated his Gold guide with new tips and tricks for the new content. I started using his guide before 2.4 and the update was within a couple of weeks, so I wasn’t left twiddling my thumbs waiting for new gold making tips too long.

Luke has a video on his site that show he at least has one character with all the top end stuff you can buy with gold while playing the World of Warcraft (epic flying mount, enchants, gems etc…) and still has 11,000 gold on that WOW toon, go to The World Of Warcraft Gold Secrets Home Page and play the video near the top.

I’ve followed a lot of Luke’s gold guide tips and like he says on the video it’s not a simple matter of login and gold pours in while you do nothing, but the WOW gold farming techniques he describes results in far more gold per hour than if you randomly farmed for gold hoping you stumbled on a WOW gold mine by chance )

All the World of Warcraft gold guides I’ve looked at (tried 3, but researched many more gold guides) state things like you can make up to 200 gold per hour without having to use illegal cheats or hacks and I have to admit I have been able to make over 200 gold some hours. I’d estimate I make on average 130-150 gold an hour ONLY following techniques described in Luke’s “World Of Warcraft Gold Secrets” guide without too much difficulty. When I use tips from the other 2 Gold ebooks (I use what works best from each) it takes my average to around 140-160 gold an hour: not that much difference really, at least not worth buying 3 ebooks unless like me your addicted to WOW and have a lot of toons that need new stuff on a regular basis.

The 220 page gold guide also includes The Auctioneer’s Resource which is very detailed, found some new techniques not in the other two guides. There’s also a Fishing Facts Guide, but as I’ve never leveled fishing on one character above 100 skill points (OMG I hate fishing so much and can not understand how anyone could sit making gold fishing!!!!) I couldn’t comment on it, sorry

I admit I’m a World of Warcraft addict (completely addicted and proud of it) and have leveled 23 character (and counting) to level 70 and they all have their epic flying mounts and I still have over 30,000 gold on my toons (might even be 40,000 gold as hard to keep track over so many realms and characters). Have another 5 level 60-69 toons, so that gold won’t last long

I really enjoy the solo part of WOW as much as the raiding (got as far as killing Illidan in the Black Temple) and PVP (not a big fan of the arena, but I love battlegrounds, especially Alterac Valley and raiding towns on PVP servers).

I find it a challenge to beat my previous WOW leveling times through using tips from leveling guides (I’ve bought them as well) and what I’ve learnt over leveling so many WOW characters. This review isn’t about leveling, it’s about gold, so won’t go into that, (though if your looking for a great WOW leveling guide The Team iDemise Guide) but as someone with so many WOW characters I needed a LOT of gold to make playing them all fun and this WOW gold guide is helping a lot.

These are the other 2 gold guides I’ve used and would recommend.

World Of Warcraft WoW Valkors Gold Guide – been using this gold guide for over a year and it’s the guide that’s made most of my gold.

Over the last year updates have been fast, though his 2.4 update isn’t out yet (says nearly ready on the site) and so not as fast as Luke updated to 2.4 (I wouldn’t rule this gold guide out because of one slow update though).

A solid gold guide for even a WOW addict like me, Highly recommended.

Warcraft Riches – been using tips from this gold guide for around 6 months, have to admit I didn’t buy this gold guide, (quite expensive) read it at another World of Warcraft players flat (very good friend of mine). I was already using the WoW Valkors Gold Guide, so didn’t see the need to buy another one.

Recommended, would be highly recommended if not for the price.
